Rich Fairchild began brokering business forms in 1987. Before that, Rich spent three years as a direct sales representative for Adams Business Forms in Topeka, Kansas. Representing a forms manufacturer, he learned the printing business from the inside out, but could see that being an independent representative would expand his product line.
